The 2024 edition saw a new boom in attendance at the Leagel booth at Sigep Rimini, which once again proved to be an unmissable appointment for gelato professionals and an international stage for the presentation of novelties dedicated to the coming season.
Twenty new Leagel products were presented during the five-day event, not forgetting the success of the iconic Trolls Gelato, the proposal that appeals to adults and children alike and that had already made a big impression on visitors to the trade fair last year.
On the occasion of the 45th edition, Leagel launched the new zHero line dedicated to artisan gelato with no added sugar. zHero is a range of products without added sugar, lactose-free and gluten-free that offers the winning taste of artisan gelato with a healthy twist. A complete proposal that meets the attentive taste of consumers, who are increasingly guided to purchase by health claims. Sicily Lemon, Santo Domingo Dark Chocolate but also two practical bases to make a whole free-from display case.
But that’s not all, Sigep 2024 was also the perfect showcase for the iconic Gold Line by Leagel: in the special ‘Premium Selection’ corner, visitors were able to enjoy 12 classic flavours made special by the choice of ingredients with designation of origin, from Madagascar vanilla to Piedmontese hazelnut to the brand new Morello Cherry Variegato and Romagna Walnut and Caramel Variegato.
As always, also very popular was the Cremino Gelato by Loveria corner – the most delicious cream spread for gelato, this year enriched with the new Crunchy-Pecan flavour.
And among the other mouth-watering novelties of 2024 were the irresistible Choco Pop Corn, Choco Granola and Choco Berries and Seeds ripples, which literally won over the public from the very first tasting.
Also a great and unmissable attraction was the “Pistacchio Masters” area, entirely dedicated to this wondeful ingredient: the most refined gelato ever presented in all its declinations, from the purest to the most decadent enriched with variegati and crunchy inclusions.
