All materials entering and leaving the factory are scrupulously controlled in order to ensure an impeccable health and hygiene standard. Our company can also boast an efficient R & D laboratory staffed by qualified food technologists who, through market research and documentation supplied by different United States University food science faculties, are able to offer to ice-cream parlours new flavours and increasingly practical products. The R & D laboratory co-work also with ice-cream producers requesting personalized products or special recipes.
