Leagel, in collaboration with the Health Authority of the Republic of San Marino, selects carefully the raw materials used in its semi-finished products and supervises attentively the subsequent production cycles in order to ensure constant quality unaltered over time.
Our customers are important for us, as well as our job, that is why we check very strictly incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products from our factory, offering our partners not only a simple product but also a healthy and impeccable guarantee.

All materials entering and leaving the factory are scrupulously controlled in order to ensure an impeccable health and hygiene standard. Our company can also boast an efficient R & D laboratory staffed by qualified food technologists who, through market research and documentation supplied by different United States University food science faculties, are able to offer to ice-cream parlours new flavours and increasingly practical products. The R & D laboratory co-work also with ice-cream producers requesting personalized products or special recipes.
