(responsible for processing), and by other appointees of “LEAGEL S.R.L.”, on the occasion of updating and maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is spread. The personal data voluntarily provided by users who request contact are used only to perform the service or provision requested, including possibly through external service providers.

Types of processed data and processing purposes

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

Data transfer abroad

The company “LEAGEL S.R.L.”, having informed the interested parties that its registered office is in the Republic of San Marino, declares to process their data pursuant to Law 171/2018 and in accordance with the provisions of Articles 46 and 49 GDPR 2016/679.

The company “LEAGEL S.R.L.” in order to carry out its activity may need to forward your data to its suppliers and therefore communicates as from now the transfer of such data within the territory of San Marino, for the purposes and lawful processing provided by the Register of treatments as per Law 171/2018 (RSM) and GDPR 2016/679.

Rights of data subjects

You have the right to obtain from the data controller the cancellation (possible right to be forgotten), the limitation, updating, rectification, portability, opposition to the processing of personal data concerning you and may exercise all rights under Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of GDPR and Law 171/2018 (RSM), where applicable with respect to the purposes of data processing.

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.

c. the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;

d. the identification data of the controller, of the data processors and the representative designated in accordance with article 5, paragraph 2;

e. the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:

a. updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;

b. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

c. certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or requires a manifestly disproportionate deployment of means compared to the right to protect;

d. data portability.

4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:

a. for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;

b. the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

Right of complaint

Interested parties who believe that the processing of their personal data through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation or Law 171/2018 of the Republic of San Marino have the right to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Authority, as provided for by art. 77 of the Regulation and art. 66 of Law 171/2018 (RSM), or to take legal action (art. 79 of the Regulation and art. 71 of Law 171/2018).
