To celebrate artisanal gelato, join Gelato Day 2023 by organising special activities in your gelato shop: promote the event on your social media channels and party with your customers.
Apple Studel is the 2023 flavour chosen by Austria, a gelato with apple pulp and a touch of rum, plus a sprinkling of cinnamon, some currants and – last but not least – breadcrumbs.
