SALES FINANCIAL ANALYST

Leagel S.r.l. is looking for a mid-senior Sales Finance Analyst to be hired with a permanent contract. He/She will provide financial assistance supporting the sales team and collaborate closely with the Finance Manager.

Key responsibilities:

Financial analysis: conducting detailed financial analysis to evaluate sales performance. Designing and maintaining financial models, dashboards and report to track KPIs related to sales.
Forecasting & Budgeting process support: collaborating with the sales team to develop sales plans, targets and budgets. Supporting sales management to develop accurate sales forecasts.
Sales Incentive programs & fees calculation: supporting sales management by coordinating and managing sales incentive programs ensuring adherence to group policies. Tracking sales performance against targets and calculating sales commissions or bonuses as applicable.
Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the sales department. Suggesting and implementing enhancements to reporting systems, tools, and workflows.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or related fields;

– Fluent Italian and English;

– 2-5 years work-related experience, business or financial role preferred;

– Proficient in MS Office software.

Workplace: Republic of San Marino, Chiesanuova (RSM).
