White Venus is a delicious mascarpone gelato enriched with a soft milk chocolate cream and crispy candied almonds: a combination of classic flavours in a modern guise for real gourmets.

METHOD OF WORKING

  1. weigh 130 g of fresh mascarpone per kg of mix
  2. add 50 g of Mascarpone 50 GMS per kg of mix
  3. add 20 g of Prestige Vanilla Paste per kg of mix
  4. mix it
  5. freeze it
  6. add some Milk Chocolate Loveria and chopped Candied Almonds
  7. finish rippling
  8. complete the decoration
