Triple Chocolate Cake

The iconic layer cake becomes gelato! A white chocolate base interspersed with mouth-watering Loveria milk chocolate cream and topped with a crunchy layer of cocoa Crumble. Simply irresistible!

METHOD OF WORKING

  1. weigh 100 g of White Chocolate Paste per kg of mix
  2. mix it
  3. freeze it
  4. place half the gelato in one pan and half in a separate bowl
  5. flatten the surface
  6. spred a layer of Loveria Milk Chocolate
  7. blast chiller (5 min)
  8. place the remaining gelato in the pan
  9. flatten the surface
  10. blast chiller (5 min)
  11. complete with a layer of Cocoa Crumble
