METHOD OF WORKING

  1. weigh 60 g of Biscotto Paste per kg of mix
  2. add 2 g of ground cinnamon per kg of mix
  3. mit it
  4. freeze it
  5. add some Apple & Cinnamon Rippling Sauce and some Sultano d’Oro Rippling Sauce
  6. add some Almonds Grain and crumbled puff pastry
  7. finish rippling
  8. complete the decoration
