  1. weigh 50 g of Mediterranean Pistachio per kg of mix
  2. add 50 g of Avola Almonds Paste per kg of mix
  3. mix it
  4. freeze it
  5. add some Dark Chocolate Stickaway® Covering
  6. add some Choco-Pistachio Rippling Sauce
  7. finish rippling
  8. complete the decoration
