Inspired by the famous British treat, Jaffy Cremino consists of delicate biscuit and vanilla gelato, layers of sponge cake, a scented orange sauce and the new mouth-watering “Loveria Crunchy” Dark Chocolate cream. A gelato to bite into!

METHOD OF WORKING

  1. weigh 50 g of Muffin Paste per kg of mix
  2. mix it
  3. freeze it
  4. add some Orange (with Peel) Rippling Sauce
  5. add some sponge cake soaked in orange juice
  6. finish rippling
  7. level the surface
  8. spread a layer of Loveria Crunchy – Dark Chocolate
  9. complete the decoration
