  1. weigh 80 g of Coconut Paste per kg of mix
  2. add 20 g of Icy Mint Paste per kg of mix
  3. mix it
  4. freeze it
  5. add some Mango Rippling Sauce and some Grated Coconut
  6. finish rippling
  7. complete the decoration
