METHOD OF WORKING

  1. weigh 60 g of Crema della Nonna Paste per kg of mix
  2. add 30 g of Sicilian “Primofiore” Lemon Paste (part A) per kg of mix
  3. mix it
  4. freeze it
  5. add some Wild Berries Rippling Sauce
  6. add some Pistachio Stickaway® Covering
  7. finish rippling
  8. complete the decoration
