METHOD OF WORKING

  1. weigh 50 g of Muffin Paste per kg of mix
  2. mix it
  3. freeze it
  4. add some Dark Chocolate Stickaway® Coating
  5. add some Classic Crumble (with Butter)
  6. flatten the surface
  7. blast chiller (10 min)
  8. spred a layer of Loveria Peanut and Caramel
  9. blast chiller (10 min)
  10. complete the decoration
