METHOD OF WORKING

  1. Weigh 40 gr of Biscuit Paste per kg of mix
  2. Add 40 gr of Lebkuchen Paste per kg of mix
  3. Mix it
  4. Freeze it
  5. Ripple with Ginger Variegato and biscuits
  6. Complete the variegation
  7. Complete the decoration
