METHOD OF WORKING

  1. weigh 50 g of Amaretto Paste per kg of mix
  2. mix it
  3. freeze it
  4. mix some crumbled amaretti cookies with the White Chocolate Stickaway® Covering
  5. add the obtained rippling sauce
  6. level the surface
  7. spread a layer of Loveria Almond
  8. complete the decoration
