Once again this year there was a large turnout at the Leagel stand at the Sigep exhibition in Rimini, which proved to be an important showcase for the international target audience and a strategic launching pad for the start of the new season.
Leagel presented many new products during the 5-day event, starting with a project for the artisan gelato business dedicated to children: Trolls Gelato! A complete, ready-to-use and versatile product kit that lends itself to a variety of applications that are surprising in taste and visually appealing, like birthday cakes, soft serve, ice-cream on a stick and milkshakes.
The new cream and raspberry flavoured Trolls Gelato delights everyone with its sweet-sour fruity note, enhanced by a crunchy white chocolate and spirulina coating in 100% natural blue colour and a sprinkle of Red Fruit Crumble.
Also available for the gelato maker are marketing material to set up the gelato shop and cute Mini-Trolls in 6 collectible characters! The playable gadgets are designed to be given as gifts to customers and build their loyalty with a memorable toy.
Coconut milk, passion fruit and spirulina is the new flavour in the Fruity and Veggy range for a 100% vegan sorbet out of the ordinary. A revolutionary product that guarantees a creamy yet thirst-quenching outcome in just a few simple steps, ideal to differentiate the display cabinet in style.
The Leagel Crumble line also expands with two new varieties: Pistachio and Red Fruits. Two fragrant and delicious gluten-free doughs enriched with pistachio grains and dehydrated red fruits for unprecedented creations with a distinctive crunchy twist.
One of the highlights of this Sigep edition was Cremino Tropicana with the brand new Loveria Coconut: the cream spread for artisan gelato won over visitors with its intense, sweet aroma combined with the freshness of passion fruit.
