At Sigep 2020 were presented many new Leagel products. At our booth, visitors discovered the two new product lines that respectively expand the range of products with designation of origin and the one dedicated to sportsmen and women: Monorigine and POWER – Protein Gelato. Many surprising Loveria gadgets were also presented as well as three new references from the Fruitcub3 line: Guava, Mulberry and Prickly Pear.

Another outstanding new release for the upcoming season is POWER – Protein Gelato, the revolutionary solution for a gelato with three times as much protein as the traditional one and with a low fat content. Perfect for those who want to keep fit while indulging in good artisan gelato, it contains over 12 g of protein for each 120 g serving and is available in 4 gluten free flavours: vanilla, cocoa, banana and salted caramel.
Sigep is once again a unique and unmissable event, an important showcase open to the international public not only for the excellence of Leagel products but also for the wide range of training courses offered by Gelato Master School.
Also during this edition there was a great turnout at the corner dedicated to the school thanks to its interesting program of free cooking demos. Semifreddi, mignons, gourmet gelato and fermented foods: this is how the school has made variety and uniqueness its strong point. There have also been collaborations with important academies and chefs, such as the Artusi School of Forlimpopoli, vegetal chef Giulia Pieri and chef Giuseppe Gasperoni of the restaurant “Il Povero Diavolo” (Torriana, RN).
